Service Description

PLEASE NOTE: these classes are only available to those who have completed their initial physiotherapy assessment and management plan. Those with a physiotherapist-prescribed exercise program are invited to complete their rehabilitation under physiotherapist guidance in a small group setting. Classes are held in the Pilates studio.
