Tiffanie has 10 years experience in a Pilates environment and she is passionate about guiding beginners through the technique of Pilates while challenging advanced practitioners.

Kirstin loves her Saturday's running 4 back to back equipment based Pilates sessions. 

Maximum 5 clients 

Kirstin teaches in Studio 3 specialist set up for resistance training. 

3 Reformers, Trap Table, Wonderchair, Barre, Pilates balls, Rotators, 3 Incline Benches, Wobble Boards, Small soft balls, Resistance bands and weights.
